Our mission at bizWin Strategies is to improve healthcare outcomes, as well as patient and staff satisfaction in every hospital, clinic, and physician practice we work with. We are a long-time supporter of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC), a facility dedicated to supporting the underserved community of Niagara Falls, NY. We proudly serve on the yearly Premier Gala fundraiser committee.

As Co-Chairs of this exciting event, we helped raise over $500,000 with $30K of those funds going directly to NFMMC’s Children’s Health Home. Our efforts have improved workflow efficiencies, schedule optimizations, provider coverage, overall productivity, staff and patient satisfaction, and a number of other initiatives for the hospital.
